Thunder Orbs: It a bolero looking
weapon with two red balls attached one another by a rope. With it he can control lightening(electricity) and sparks.

With his weapon he can send a charge of electricity at a target. It can stun and shock.
CHARACTER HISTORY-
Tart's race originally inhabited Earth,
but when it became uninhabitable they moved to another planet. This planet was even worse; the aliens were forced
to live underground for thousands of years. They finally came back to Earth, only to find that it had been taken over by humans.
Later, Tart finds out who Deep Blue is he defends him by fighting against the Mews.
He loses, however, but agree with the Mew Mews to go back to his planet.
Tart is kind of a cry baby and hates to be called chibi (midget). Tart is a boisterous
alien who likes to have fun.
Pudding and Tart have a crush on each other, when he captures Pudding, she doesn't realize
he's the villain. He later, on saves her from one his dangerous Chimerea plants, and she thinks they are friends.
HOME-
He lives in a small apartment with Kish and Pie, as they search for a new home for their
race.
