Kish's race originally lived on Earth, but it became uninhabitable so they moved to another planet. This planet was even worse; the aliens were forced to live underground for thousands of years. They finally came back to Earth, only to find that it had been taken over by humans.

Kish came to Tokyo to operate his plan of taking over Earth to save his dying race. Unfortunatly the plan consisted of killing humans in order to reclaim the planet. The Mew Mews wrecked this process every change it was put into affect.

Kish first met Ichigo in a park; he was attracted to her kitten-like cuteness. He later fell deeply in love with her. Her constant rejection of his advances made him go a little crazy. He even tried to kill Masaya and he threatened to kill Ichigo. 

Later on, when Masaya turned out to be Deep Blue, Kish assists Mew Ichigo in the fight against him. After all that he confesses his love to Ichigo, saying, but he realizes that Ichigo loves Masaya. He was ok with it, and went back to his planet with Pie and Tart. They came back to find a small slice of Earth were they can live in peace but away from humanity.
